Rachel Service is the Founder of Happiness Concierge and Creator of Mojo School.

Happiness Concierge, built by Rachel in its entirety, started as a blog four years ago, and now with a National team delivers training, coaching and online programmes across Australia, working with the biggest brands in the country and most respected leaders. Rachel’s clients include Reserve Bank of Australia, Science and Technology Australia, University of Melbourne, RMIT, Lazard Asset Management, University of Sydney and Möet Hennessy.

In four years, Rachel has built a client base, unique content frameworks, trained a National a team to deliver Happiness Concierge content across Australia, built the DNA of a remote team, and created a kickass culture from scratch.

In 2018, Rachel launched Happiness Concierge Mojo School to help people get their mojo back after set back to ace work and life relationships.

Rachel now shares her steep learning curves in talks across the world in a high energy delivery.

Known for her high energy, relatable and enthusiastic style, Rachel is often called on as the Keynote speaker, MC, or to motivate high performing teams with highly practical takeaways and hacks to implement into workplaces, organisations and life.

Overworking, depression and anxiety was Rachel Service's life. At 22, she passed out before work. At 24, she couldn't walk after working herself to the ground. At age 30, the warning signs were appearing again. After years of ignoring helpful advice, it took a pivotal moment in her career in New York City, when she realised she turn the beat around, working with employers - and herself. 


Well meaning friends, family and colleagues had asked if she’d like some help. It wasn’t until Rachel couldn’t enjoy the things she loved that she realised she needed to turn the beat around. Rachel shares her story from her lowest of lows to now creating a growing business that impacts thousands of Australians.
