The Founder of the world’s first Mojo School, lifestyle brand Happiness Concierge, and Presentation Bootcamps, Rachel is an energetic entrepreneur obsessed with bringing out the brilliance in us all.

Rachel spent her early career in killing herself over work.

Working in Public Relations, Rachel worked 12 hour days, skipped meals and social interactions and sometimes even sleep at her desk to make deadlines. Her hair was falling out from the stress, she was underweight and continued to ignore the warning signs from family and friends, At her lowest, she couldn’t stand up and get out bed, let alone get to the office.

Rachel was diagnosed with anxiety, depression and adrenal fatigue (burnout). Rewiring the way she worked, Rachel started to make serious lifestyle changes, and underwent substantial research, testing and eventually landed on what she calls her Work Life Brilliance, using her own tools to create sustainable change.

Rachel launched Mojo School, a six-week programme to help others get their mojo back and shortly afterwards, brands, businesses and individuals were asking her to design programmes for her team. Rachel launched Happiness Concierge, Mojo School’s parent company to respond to corporate enquiries and she now leads a team of Happiness Concierge coaches, facilitators and trainers across the world who all help people ace their Work Life Brilliance.

Known for her high energy, relatable and enthusiastic style, Rachel is often called on as the Keynote speaker, MC to energise audience across the globe. Her style of presenting is now taught in Presentation Bootcamps, where aspiring and professional keynote speakers and facilitators learn from Rachel’s guidebook on how to structure a presentation, deliver to any audience and captivate a message with authentic conviction.

Rachel is currently writing her first book: Work/Life Brilliance: The Rulebook on Breaking the Damn Rules at Work.

Rachel is based in Melbourne, Australia. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience Rachel’s dynamic style for yourself by reaching out.
